1. Service

Mariafarm B&B provides accommodation and/or food and/or makes the group accommodation rooms, general living room, log cabins and outdoor area available, all with all associated activities and services and everything in the broadest sense of the word.

2. Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 48 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged (if cancelled before 12 noon).
• If cancelled afterwards or if the guest does not show up (no-show), the total reservation will be charged.

3. Groups

From 3 rooms, a reservation falls under a group reservation. If a reservation is made for a group, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:

• If cancelled more than 12 months before the arrival date, 10% of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation more than six months before the arrival date, 30% of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation within four to six months before the arrival date, 70% of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation within two to four months before the arrival date, 80% of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation within two months before the arrival date, 95% of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation.

4. Options

Options are granted with a predetermined expiry date. An option that is not converted into an actual reservation by the guest before the expiry date will expire, with no notice required by Mariafarm B&B.

5. Liability B&B

Mariafarm B&B is not liable for damage or loss of goods brought into the accommodation by a guest who has taken up residence there. The customer indemnifies the B&B company against claims from guests in this respect. The above provisions do not apply insofar as the damage or loss is attributable to intent or gross negligence on the part of Mariafarm B&B.

6. Guest liability

The guest and those accompanying him are jointly and severally liable for all damage caused to the B&B as a direct or indirect result of default (attributable shortcoming) and/or wrongful act, which includes violation of the house rules, committed by the guest and/or those accompanying him, as well as for all damage caused by any animal and/or any substance and/or any item in their possession or under their supervision.

7. Obligations

Mariafarm B&B is entitled, without notice, to terminate the accommodation agreement with the guest if a guest or those accompanying the guest repeatedly violate the house rules or behave in such a way as to disrupt the order, peace and operation of the B&B. Mariafarm B&B may refuse a guest at any time.

8. Smoking and drugs

Drugs are not allowed throughout our premises. In case of violation, you must leave the accommodation immediately.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the premises and in the bok huts. This can be done on the terrace by the designated ashtrays. Violation will result in a fine of €100.

9. VAT and tourist tax

9% VAT is included in the room rate. The guest pays tourist tax per night per person. Tourist tax and breakfast (if applicable) are not included in the room rate.

10. Pets

Pets are not allowed throughout the property, with the exception of the log cabins.

A fine of €100 will be imposed in the event of violation.
